And thus ends issue 3, The Kobold Initiative.  Maelstrom has escaped again but it will likely be a long time before she returns.  Meanwhile, the party needs to figure out what happened to Nogi.

Panel one shows the robed strangers blasting the remaining kobolds with various spells.  I didn't have any particular spells in mind when I drew this.  I just wanted to show that the strangers were not beings that you would want to mess with.
