Is it just me or is my art style getting better?  I like the look of the characters on this page and I got the inking done in record time.  The first panel took the longest to draw as it has the most detail.  The rest of the page is mostly talking heads, so they were easier to draw.

Both Nogi and the cloak are missing.  Could there be a connection?  What is Nogi up to?  Keep reading to find out.
